All of our pieces are artisanally handmade in our studio in Barcelona, Spain.

All of our pieces are made using high-quality sterling silver. Our gold pieces are also made in sterling silver and are plated with 3 microns of 18k gold.

For pieces in stock, orders will be shipped in 3-5 business days after paid order depending on the country.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks for fabrication from date of ordering until shipment, as all our pieces are handcrafted in our studio. 

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

BAAÉM is not responsible for items that go missing in transit, and cannot replace items that go missing as this is the responsibility of the delivery service.

If an incorrect delivery address is provided at checkout, BAAÉM is not responsible for locating the package. Items sent to the wrong address if it was entered incorrectly at checkout will not be replaced.

If you find yourself dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. Kindly ensure items are returned in their original, unused condition and packaging. Adequate packing is essential. A surcharge may be applied for items not meeting these conditions or returned beyond the specified timeframe. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Each piece we make is meticulously handcrafted using high-quality materials. With proper care, your jewelry will remain in excellent condition for years to come. To prevent damage, avoid dropping or knocking it against hard surfaces, especially pieces with delicate gemstones. Keep your jewelry away from harsh chemicals, water, and take off when doing strenuous activities, particularly gold-plated pieces, which require extra care. Apply perfume before putting on your jewelry to minimize exposure to potentially harmful substances. When not in use, store your jewelry separately in a dry, airtight place to protect it from moisture. Over time, sterling silver may naturally tarnish due to exposure to air and everyday chemicals, so gently polish it with a soft cloth to maintain its shine.

 

 

If you're not sure what ring size you are, don't worry. Just follow these simple steps to know your approximate ring size.

The first thing you have to do is pick a ring you have that fits you properly and measure its internal diameter (mm) with a ruler as shown in the following image. It's important that you place the ruler under the ring. After measuring the ring, look for the diameter in the chart bellow to know your no approximate ring.
